How do I measure my child?

Each order option has a picture guide of measurements. We recommend measuring your child before each order to ensure you are getting the best size possible. Items cannot be returned if the size is wrong due to customer error. Measurements can be taken in CM or IN, both are accepted. Measure your child's- bust, waist, full hip (across widest part of bum), full girth (complete loop of torso), inside leg, sleeve length, wrist, neck, ankle.

How do I pay for my order?

MBJ accept bank transfer, Paypal, and cash on collection.

How do I book in for a bespoke costume?

MBJ recommend booking your costume at least 3 months before you want it. Our wait list can be as long as 6 months during busy times. The best way to book is to contact us via email, or by our Facebook page, and we will respond during business hours. Then we will go through a consultation to design and price your bespoke suit.

How long does an order take to arrive?

This depends...

All beginner wear is custom made, and can take as long as 4 weeks during extremely busy periods, although our average wait time is generally 2 weeks from order to postage.

Depending on postal service that week depends how long it takes to come, once we have shipped it we have no control over its arrival time. We generally ship twice a week, Monday and Thursday.

Bespoke costumes are made in an agreed time slot and will be posted the Friday of that week as per the costume contract.
